Ronda Devereaux has been a Controls Engineer for over 20 years, the last 6 years in robotic sales. Losing her 18 year old niece to suicide in 2008, triggered her to do something different. She asked herself “How can I impact the lives of teen girls.” Research and reflection led her to coaching. Ronda has the gift of connection with teens. Her humorous approach, diverse background and life story lends itself to working with girls from all backgrounds.
Ronda believes the most powerful relationship in the life of a girl is with her Mom or female mentor. She specializes in working with teens and mother-daughter pairs through workshops, one-on-one and group coaching.
Ronda has a BSET from Weber State University, and is a graduate of the Coach U and Teen Wisdom Coaching Programs. As a Girl Scout leader she has been impacting the lives of girls for almost a decade. She currently resides in Layton, Utah and is the mother of 3 daughters.
